
The Solution to Your Sickness is Multifaceted

Autoimmune, Lyme, cancer, fatigue, wide-spread pain, stomach problems, memory issues, overactive bladder, infertility… there seems to be an endless list of symptoms present in everyone these days.
A major misconception that many people have these days is that when they are sick with something, especially autoimmune issues, there is one answer, one cure, one remedy that is going to get them better. This idea is wrong.
Where did this idea come from?

I suppose it came from years of conditioning by the medical establishment that when you’re sick, you go to the doctor and they give you something, usually a drug, you go home and take it, and then you feel better. It’s been drilled into our psyche that this the way to get better.
That gets extended to, “Well, if I just cut out gluten/meat/sugar, I’ll be better”.
When addressing that one thing doesn’t result in any health improvement, you may try another thing. Maybe you add a vitamin or some other superfood.
Still no results? Ok, switch it up and try something else.
The mistake here again is that you not addressing enough factors when the reality you probably need to change a good handful of things.
You have to:
- Reduce toxins
- Consume nutrient dense food, minerals, and supplements
- Detox
Let’s talk about #1, reducing toxins
If you still consume packaged food on a regular basis – this includes bottled drinks – you are likely being loaded with toxins and addictive substances like sugar, preservatives, MSG, and GMO products like corn and soy.
Another sources of toxins could be personal care products – supplements, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, dish soap, household cleaners.
Thankfully, all of the above are within your control. You’ll have to do a bit of homework in finding health alternatives, but you can do it.
Other toxins are not as much under your control, such as heavy metals from air pollution and geoengineering. Electrosmog beyond your house is also out of your control, but there are ways to reduce the stress on your body at home and out and about, i.e. EMF-protective clothing.
Toxins For the Mind
Then there are toxins for your mind – the screens you’re watching are full of mind-control techniques to get you to think, believe, and behave in ways that make you sabotage your best intentions and efforts. This you can change as well (more on that another day).

When I was really sick between 2013 and 2017, I’d tried everything I could over the years since my symptoms began in 2003. In 2017, once I’d begun to address the synthetic biology component (nanoparticle poisoning), combined that with some major changes. I cut out most sources of the toxins I was consuming, I sought out better quality food, and addressed the EMFs in my environment.
In the meantime, I continued learning about the reality of how much we are bombarded with subtle ways to keep us sickly. In that exploration came a broadening of the mind which, I believe, has helped me to identify mind control techniques when I see them. I’m not immune, of course, but I’m more aware now and I’m much healthier because of it.
