A Call for Help Answered

A couple weeks ago, I wrote to my subscribers asking for help – I wanted to know if they could give me some tips on how to cure uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts. The responses were numerous and so touching! I heard from about 25 people just in the first 24 hours, then some more throughout the week. Many had remedies to share, others offered to have a chat, which was so nice and generous of you all.

I’ve compiled a list of what everyone suggested to me. Please note that I am not advising on any medical condition – I’m simply sharing what was shared with me – nor am I going into detail on each in this post. You can look up the details yourself as I am doing. Maybe later I’ll go in-depth on some of them.

  • Serapeptase
  • Chasteberry/chaste tree
  • Lugols iodine
  • Ashoka herb
  • Vitex
  • Praziquantel for the parasite connection (I actually used Nitazoxanide recently to purge some parasites & it worked)
  • Evening primrose for the cysts
  • Homeopathy, get the right remedy – Joette Calabrese homeopath
  • Beet, green apple, and ginger juice – helped the bleeding stop for one woman
  • Beets & beet juice (a few people wrote & said this was helpful, maybe due to liver detoxing?)
  • Book: Earthway: A Native American Visionary’s Path to Total Mind, Body, and Spirit Health by Mary Summer Rain
  • Traditional Chinese Medicine
  • Humour for mental wellness
  • Vaginal ozone
  • Liver cleanse (Andreas Mortiz) and overnight castor oil packs

Here are my comments on the things listed that I have tried:

Vaginal ozone treatments

I treat myself with ozone vaginally, rectally, and nasally, and I also ozonate water and put it on my skin, such as washing my face with it. I am a big believer in ozone as long as you do it right (i.e. be sure to take anti-oxidants a couple hours after a treatment, plus other things. See the resource below).

Check out my blog post here on ozone for some resources and how you can start doing this at home: https://fionaforhealth.com/ozone-a-simple-healing-molecule/ .

In my research into vaginal ozone insufflation, I found this great resource, a naturopathic practitioner named Paula who talks all things ozone. Here’s her page on vaginal insufflation: https://thepowerofozone.com/protocols/vaginal-insufflations/ .

Liver Cleanse

Liver

Many people have gotten benefit from Andreas Mortiz’s liver cleanse in which olive oil is the main ingredient. It also requires some preparation of drinking apple juice for a few days or a week beforehand and limiting the diet.

However, when I tried this, it didn’t work so well for me, probably because I’m pretty sensitive to anything that touches my body and also because of my small build. When I cut out fats and carbs I lose weight quickly, and I’m already skinny and get hungry quickly, so on this particular liver cleanse, I got as far as the first dose of Epsom salt drink the night of the actual cleanse… and that’s it. The salt drink made me nauseous and I just knew if I swallowed anything else, I’d throw up.

A number of people who wrote me mentioned that liver cleansing is one of the keys to clearing up fibroids, so perhaps for someone of my body type, another liver cleanse would work well. However, for you maybe the Epsom salt/olive oil cleanse would work.

Traditional Chinese Medicine

TCM

I love TCM! I just haven’t done it lately. I had a great TCM doctor a few years ago who did the full meal deal in a treatment. First, she did some Tui Na massage on acupressure points, then did fire cupping, then put acupuncture needles in me while I lie face down, then she’d remove those and repeat with me face up. This was a super-duper helpful treatment while I was doing my own thing at home with the anti-nano triangle and cleaning up my digestion.

Humour

This was the cherry on top of all the responses I got. Humour for mental health – yeah, do you get enough of it? I am guilty of taking life too seriously sometimes and I think it has aged me a bit these past five years. Heck, these past five years have been tough on all of us, right? Get out, have some fun, go to some stand-up comedy or watch my friend John Julian do his satirical skits on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@johnjulian88

That’s it for now! As I learn more, more will be shared here. Thank-you again to everyone who replied!
